Is Chariot an app?
If you mean an "app" like one you'd download from the Apple Store or Google Play store, no.
Chariot is a web app, meaning it's accessed from a web browser, like Chrome or Safari. However, you can add Chariot to your phone like it's an app, and it behaves very similarly! 
We do plan to release "native" apps for iphone and android in the near future. We're happy to explain more if you chat with us! 
How often do you update Chariot with new features?
Literally every day. Our team in NYC is mostly engineers, and we're building and deploying improvements to the software on a daily basis.
I've seen other moving softwares before. What makes Chariot different?
Since every moving company is unique, what you like about Chariot might be different from another mover.
But often what we hear is that Chariot:
- Has a simple, easy-to-learn interface
- Has a variety of more modern features, like integrated street views, flexible crew-size/hours calculators, photos, texting, payment options (pay by QR code), etc.
